Multiple items

Incorrect shipping address
Please double‑check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, a replacement may be offered after the carrier confirms the loss.
