You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork you provide. We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive or copyrighted content without permission.
2. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
3. Design & Proof Approval
- A digital proof will be sent to you before production (if requested).
- You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully. Once approved or if no changes are requested within 48 hours, production will start.
- Changes after production begins may incur additional fees.
4. Production & Delivery
- Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines only.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placement.
- After that period, production may have started and cancellations may not be possible.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any templates, logos, or designs provided by us remain our property.
- We do not claim ownership of your uploaded artwork.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
- We are not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress).
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to your order.
